Talk therapy

In-person & virtual

55 minutes
Individual therapy is your time to talk, reflect, and work through what’s on your mind in a supportive space. Sessions are 55 minutes and usually happen once a week or every other week—whatever feels right for you.

Rate: $100–$125 per session

Using out-of-network benefits

If your therapist isn’t in-network, you may still be able to get reimbursed for part of the cost. You’ll pay upfront, then submit a claim to your insurance provider based on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. It’s a good idea to check with your provider first to understand what’s covered and what paperwork is needed.

Important Note:

Reimbursement usually requires a mental health diagnosis, which will be recorded in your health file and may be shared with your insurance company.
